Print your Royal Mail QR code as a label

  1. Step 1

    Grab your QR code

The one you were told to show at a Post Office, from Vinted, eBay, an ASOS return or anywhere else. A screenshot or the PDF it came in both work.

  2. Step 2

    Drop it in

Prince of Post reads it right here in your browser and builds the label in a second.

  3. Step 3

    Print and stick

Print it on a 6x4 label printer or plain paper, stick it on your parcel and post it.

Questions, citizen?

Can I print a Royal Mail QR code label at home?

Yes. The Royal Mail QR code you're told to show at a Post Office holds the whole label, which is how staff print it from a scan. Prince of Post reads that QR code and turns it into a 6x4 shipping label carrying the same barcodes, so you can print it at home on a label printer or plain A4 paper instead of queuing.

What do I need?

Your QR code (a screenshot or the PDF it came in) and a printer. A 6x4 label printer is ideal, but plain A4 paper works too: the label prints at its real size in the corner of the page, ready to cut out and tape on.

Is it free?

Yes. There is no sign-up, no account and nothing to install.

Is my QR code kept private?

Yes. On this website your QR code is read and turned into a label inside your browser and is never uploaded. If you use Prince of Post from an AI assistant and it sends us the QR text, we use it only to build your label and keep nothing. We count visits anonymously without cookies, and our error reports never include your QR code or anyone's address.

Does it work with Vinted, eBay and ASOS?

Yes, as long as it's a Royal Mail QR code: Vinted's Royal Mail digital labels, eBay's Royal Mail QR codes and ASOS returns sent with Royal Mail all work. Any Royal Mail QR code for a parcel whose postage is already paid, the kind you're asked to show at a Post Office, should too. QR codes for other couriers, such as Evri or InPost, won't. If you drop in a QR code Prince of Post can't read, it will tell you.

Can I use it from ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. Add https://princeofpost.com/mcp as a custom connector in ChatGPT or Claude (no sign-in needed), then ask it to print your Royal Mail QR code. A Prince of Post panel opens in the chat, reads your QR code on your device and lets you download the label or open it here to print.

Is Prince of Post part of Royal Mail?

No. Prince of Post is independent and isn't affiliated with Royal Mail, Vinted, eBay, ASOS or any other retailer.
